Genevieve Nnaji is one of the most recognized Nollywood actresses in Nigeria, and she started her acting career as a child actress in the then-popular television soap opera titled “Ripples” at the age of 8. However, in 2011, she was honoured as a Member of the Order of the Federal Republic by the Nigerian government for her contributions to Nollywood over the years.

Regina Daniels is a recognized name in Nollywood and she made her first debut in Nollywood in 2010 at age 9 where she starred in the movie titled ‘Miracle Child’. However, over the years, she has starred in over 150 Nollywood movies, and some of these movies she has acted in include Spider-Girl, Twins Apart, Miracle Child, Fish Girl, Python Girl, Hanging Coffin, Jaja the Great, Queen Rebecca, Royal Covenant, Stronger than the Gods, and many others.

Williams is also another Nollywood actor that started as a child actor. He joined the Nigerian movie industry in 2000 as a child actor and he shortly rose to fame in 2001 after featuring in the movie titles “The Journey of the Dead” a movie he acted alongside popular actors such as Pete Edochie, Olu Jacobs and Ramsey Noah. The movie “The Journey of the Dead” brought him to the limelight.

Somadina is another great Nollywood actor. He joined the Nollywood movie industry in 2006 as a child actor. He is popularly known for his ability to cry while acting in sorrowful and tragic movies as a child actor. Somadina Adinma has acted in more than 60 Nollywood movies which include Forest of Promises, Speak the Word and Breath of Anger and many others.
